On Tuesday in Albany, the Assembly Health Committee endorsed a bill (A.9044 by Assemblywoman Rosenthal) that would add electronic cigarettes to the list of tobacco products and smoking paraphernalia thou shalt not sell to minors in New York State. The National Restaurant Association's Restaurant Performance Index (RPI) fell below 100 in July.
