Please promote as “Summer Fun Run, Ride for Life”. Benefit sponsored by Mulch4Less, a division of Quality Millwork Inc..
Benefactors – Proceeds less expense to benefit Circle of Life Hospice and Hope Distributors. Both organizations are 501 c3 non-profit.
Date – Friday June 3rd and Saturday June 4th
Host – Jose's Southwest Grille, 5240 w. Sunset Ave, Springdale, AR
Friday June 3rd Venue - Featuring “Summer Fun Run Party on the Patio” Starts at 5 pm, complete with vendors, show cars and bikes, silent auction tables, pre-registration booths for the ride, event prizes, live music and a live auction on the patio. This is a family friendly benefit event. Times TBA for live auction.
Saturday June 4th Venue – Featuring “Ride for Life” This will be our 5th annual ride, which consist of an approx. 100 mile loop Poker Run with a $250 cash prize. Registration starts at 9am, first out at 10am, last in at 1pm. Fees TBA. Free event t-shirts to first 50 registrants. In addition, will be event prizes, vendors, live music, silent auction tables, and great food/drinks on Jose's Patio. Event winding down by 2pm. Hot Rods welcome!
Sponsorships – Summer Fun Run offers a $300 core sponsorship. This level provides the donor with their business logo displayed on promotional materials to include posters, flyers, handouts, website, etc.. A free 10x10 vendor spot, including mentions at all events, and an “In Kind Receipt” from Circle of Life Hospice. We welcome our returning sponsors, Markets Unlimited, Cox Electric, Stokes Air/Mofasta Racing, Bikes, Blues, & Barbecue, Jose's Southwest Grille, White Oak Stations and Spring Valley Cycle.
Co-Sponsorships – Summer Fun Run offers a $100 co-sponsorship. This level provides the donor with mentions at all events. Their name listed on annual co-sponsor board which is displayed at the event and various businesses in the NWA area. Along with a listing on future event posters, flyers, and an “In Kind Receipt” from Circle of Life Hospice.
Vendors – Summer Fun Run offers limited vendor spots on a first come basis for anyone who would like to promote their family friendly business or service for a donation of $50 for a 10x10, $75 for a 10x20, and $100/plus for larger, TBD. Vendors are responsible for any and all applicable business license, taxes, insurance, etc.. Vendors are responsible for any power, tables, tents, chairs, etc.. needed and expected to clean their assigned space. All vendors will receive recognition throughout event.
Donations – Sponsor and cosponsor donations may be in the form of cash, check, service, event prizes, and auction items. Checks may be made out to Summer Fun Run/Circle of Life Hospice.
Promotions – Color posters and flyers available to be distributed and emailed. Website in process along with Facebook, visit the web page at www.summerfunrun.org
